About Tracy
Hi, I am Tracy owner of All Connected Wellness, LLC. I started practicing yoga full time in November, 2020 to help relieve the daily stressors the "pandemic" was making me feel throughout the last year. Through my yoga classes I guide you through breathing with mindful movement to help relax your mind and body to a faster pace class to help energize you to get your day started.
I offer essential oils with each class as a way to help balance, focus and breath.
