About Ryann
I had been practicing for about a year before I started considering teaching. I came to yoga after a long history of addiction and my first yoga class was the first time in years I’d been able to fully connect my mind and body. All I knew was, this yoga thing was keeping me clean and I knew it could help others too.
I have multiple yoga trainings under my belt including Vinyasa, strength, restorative, yoga therapy, and yoga for the 12 steps.
I also have my BA in Psychology.

When I have a new student, I think it’s important to talk set goals, to talk about expectations, and set limitations.
I like to dig in. I have a background in psychology and I believe the practice of yoga is not just a physical one. Yes, you’ll get stronger and maybe a bit more flexible. But I want to know about what’s going on on the inside. How can we break through the mental barriers in order to accomplish the physical goals.
All kinds. All bodies. All personalities. I welcome all. Everyone deserves a chance to connect mind, body and spirit.
I’ve worked with addicts, MMA fighters, people with chronic illnesses, chronic pain, trauma survivors, and so many more.
Find someone who clicks with you. Trust your gut. Don’t just go with the cheapest teacher. Find someone who has experience. Meet with them at least once before you decide on anything. Find someone who is authentic!!!
I got married a few months ago! My husband and I are very non-traditional so we eloped in Las Vegas. We got married by the grim reaper and I wore all black! It was very uniquely us!

Ryann was awesome! It was a great full body work out, I was so sore the next day (in a good way). I really liked her flow and she kept me motivated the whole time. Will definitely take her class again!
Ryann is a beautiful soul and truly one of my favorite yoga teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has such wonderful energy when she teaches. She makes you work, but gives you the confidence that your practice is great as it is and that yoga is for anyone. Her cues while teaching make you think about getting into your postures much deeper than before. I also love her music that she uses when she teaches! I absolutely love going to her classes. She really makes my day brighter! I would recommend her classes to a brand new yogi or someone who goes to yoga ten times a week. Her classes are for anyone and everyone.
