About Angie
My personal background is in trauma; helping people healing from phsyical, sexual and emotional abuse and trauma in a way that nourishes, harmonizes and empowers people. I work with survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.
I enjoy sharing alternative and holistic ways for people to heal. I teach from my own experience and utilize the many and varied techniques I have learned over the years that have resonated and helped me the most.
I have been an RN for almost 17 years, with over half of that in mental health and supporting women in healing from trauma and abuse in ways that nourish them. I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and became a teacher in 2008 with a subspecialty certification in Sadie Nardini's Core Strength Vinyasa. I find that working from our core unlocks the keys to healing.
