Kathleen's sessions helped me get through the week. Working in a stressful environment, I needed the time to focus on stretching and breathing through all the built-up tension. She personalized each session to focus on my needs at that moment and over time, I grew to feel much stronger and more focused. Would highly recommend!
I have taken private yoga lessons from Kathleen for two years. I find her to be a patient and perceptive teacher. I credit her with my new-found sense of strength, balance and inner calm.
