About Lisa
I teach a style of yoga called Prime of Life especially suited for people 40 and over. It is a safe and conservative style that makes yoga comfortable for everyone. I am also a wellness coach and my custom classes are designed to suit the individual and where they are at in the moment moving toward reaching their goals.
I enjoy seeing that glow of peace and calm on my students faces as well as helping others reach their health and fitness goals
I am a E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) with the yoga alliance and levels one and two training in Prime of Life Yoga.
I also completed the wellcoach training and can help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals.
