Perfect! Justin has taken me in at a quite a heavy point in life. I've been eating unhealthy, barely able to balance myself. I'm only at the beginning of this journey, but I trust him. I know what he is doing and I'm seeing results already with my balance getting better. I can honestly say I'm feeling good and I know I'm heading in the right direction with him so I'll be able to move my body properly again.

Justin has a deep understanding of the human body. He’s helped me relieve several pains I’ve had from lifting incorrectly or having bad posture.
I recommend him to all friends and family when they need help training or healing.Justin is an all-star and really knows his stuff! He isn’t just any person-trainer and health coach... like any professional, the quality of their service (and thus your success) depends on that person’s actually knowledge, their personality/attitude, and passion for what they do. I can genuinely say that Justin’s broad knowledge about health & fitness as well as his positive attitude has made working with him an amazing journey. It seems like he’s always researching and learning more to be the most informed and up-to-date in health and I really appreciate that. Thanks Justin!!
Justin is a thorough and knowledgeable teacher and trainer. I have been learning alot about my body and how it works correctly in both weight training and yoga with Justin.
