I offer private and private group yoga sessions plus teacher niche yoga certification trainings.
I love seeing students achieve their goals. Whether it is improving your balance or losing weight, yoga can help!
I have a 500 credited hour certification in international yoga studies, niche certifications in chair yoga, yoga nidra, energy medicine yoga, neuroscience and yoga plus I am registered with the yoga alliance. I also have a level 1 certification in Reiki.
