About Paige
I'm an adaptive and dynamic yoga teacher. I've taught kids from age 2-18 and special needs children for the past 8 years. I also work with groups classes and private clients from the age range of 21- 83 (yes, 83 years old). They all need something different out of the practice and I deliver. Coming form a professional dancer background I understand how the body works, moves and heals. I offer individual, fun and challenging yoga sequences for each client, breathing exercises, meditation (if desired) and inspiration.
I love yoga. It’s freaking awesome. Have I healed myself of a disease or healed physical injury through yoga? No. But what I have healed is my relationship with myself and my body and that rocks my world. I feel confident and beautiful when I step off my mat and into the world. I show up with more compassion and love for everyone and everything around me. I feel strong in my body and my mind is clear to hear my inner wisdom.

When working with a new student I begin with having a conversation about their goals, injuries, past physical activities and their goal of working together. Then I begin to guide them through an appropriate yoga sequence for their desires and body and have fun!

Paige’s session with me left me feeling strong and exhilarated. Her flow is graceful and invigorating all at once. Every part of my body felt thoroughly addressed and aligned. It’s a perfect start to my day.
I was nervous at first and she made me feel so at ease. She was very engaging, encouraging and guided me through a wonderful, sweaty yoga class and that's' just what I wanted. She worked with my knee injury like a pro. I continue to work with her because she's a master teacher and a lot of fun. She made yoga very accessible to me and I'm deeply grateful.
