I fell in Love with Yoga in 1994 and have never stopped teaching, studying and learning.
Teaching 18 years in the South Bay of LA. M.A. in Dance/Movement Therapy from UCLA. Certified at the highest level in Hatha & Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.

I taught a very succesful Mommy & Me Yoga Class.
