About Colleen
I have been practicing yoga for 14 years. My practice became very dedicated and serious on 2013 as I needed a way to soften some anxiety I was experiencing. I fell in love with Yoga very quickly and became a certified teacher in December of 2017. I have been teaching full time since then and bring love and passion to everything I teach.

I have a wide variety of teaching styles. I love to teach Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga. Flow is a form of practice that is breath lead, is challenging for the body and is form of moving meditation. Restorative is a passive practice that allows your nervous system to rest and recharge. All of my classes are taught with guided intention.

Details
Classes are prepaid in advance and non refundable. Single classes must be paid 7 days in advance. 5 or 10 sessions purchased in advance must be paid up front and are non refundable. These expire within 6 months of purchase date. For 5 or 10 classes, scheduled times can be rescheduled as long as there is 24 hours notice; less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of that classes fee.
