Namaste! I am Pegah, Internationally certified Yoga Teacher trained in the Sivananda and Bihar School of Yoga traditions.
With over 15 years of experience, I offer traditional and holistic practices that nurture both body and mind. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
