About Tuba
I am a dedicated medical student with hands-on teaching experience, specializing in making Biochemistry accessible, engaging, and clinically relevant for students at every level. My teaching philosophy centers on transforming complex metabolic pathways and biochemical concepts into clear, lasting knowledge through visual learning and real-world application. I use diagrams, pathway maps, and interactive visual tools to help students visualize biochemical reactions and understand how they connect to one another. Rather than encouraging rote memorization, I focus on helping students understand the "why" behind each pathway and mechanism, so the knowledge truly sticks. I also connect biochemistry to real clinical scenarios and everyday physiology, making learning meaningful and easy to recall, and I design my lessons to be interactive and participatory, encouraging questions and active engagement rather than passive listening. As an active medical student, I bring current, clinically-grounded insights to every lesson and understand firsthand the challenges students face when learning biochemistry, having developed effective strategies — including strategic memory techniques — to help them overcome these hurdles.
