My teaching method focuses on practical, hands-on mastery using the "I Do, We Do, You Do" approach. Each 60-minute session is structured for efficiency as follows:
00–05 min: Review & Goal Setting – We recap the previous session and define SMART goals for the day.
05–15 min: The "Quick Win" – A short exercise to solve a common Excel frustration or learn a new set of essential shortcuts.
15–45 min: Core Concept Delivery – Deep dive into a new topic (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, or Power Query) through interactive modeling.
45–55 min: Independent Challenge – You apply the new skill to a practice dataset while I provide live feedback.
55–60 min: Wrap-up & Resources – We summarize key takeaways and I provide custom practice files for you to use between lessons.
