I am a passionate Zumba instructor who believes movement should be joyful and empowering. I teach because I love helping people feel confident in their bodies, reduce stress, and discover the fun side of fitness. My goal is to share positive energy, motivation, and a love for dance (Afro, Latino and Pop) with every student.
