I focus on a student-centered, adaptive approach that tailors lessons to each individual’s learning style and goals. I incorporate visual aids, real-world examples, and interactive activities to make complex topics more understandable and engaging. I aim to cultivate a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts. My goal is not just to teach information but to empower students to think critically and solve problems independently.
A Typical Lesson Plan:
Each lesson begins with a brief review of previous concepts to reinforce knowledge and identify areas needing clarification. I then introduce new material, breaking it down into manageable steps with practical examples. Lessons include hands-on exercises, practice problems, and periodic check-ins to gauge understanding. Toward the end, we discuss any questions, and I assign targeted practice tasks to strengthen comprehension. For college prep, I also cover time management, test strategies, and application tips.
