My teaching method involves understanding the individual student’s level of knowledge through one-on-one discussions and by looking at previous work samples. I then work with the student to develop an action plan for achieving future-orientated goals and the appropriate steps to reach those goals. We usually do this by implementing specific steps and processes for the student to follow, while utilising a hands-on-approach for current homework and assignments.
