First Class Honours in English from Royal Holloway. Over 3 years tutoring experience with 100% positive feedback, a Safeguarding Level 2 and almost 400 hours of tuition.

Will and I co-led Royal Holloway's community garden project. He always led the volunteers with enthusiasm and humility. Not only did he ensure all volunteers were capable of completing their delegated tasks, but he got to know their interests and personal hobbies to tailor their roles to the individual, ensuring they enjoyed the sessions to the fullest. When an excess of volunteers showed up to one of our early sessions, Will was able to think on his feet and offer rewarding learning opportunities to a large group of volunteers. He also excels at providing 1:1 guidance to volunteers with both physical and learning disabilities, ensuring they felt like part of the community and felt fully supported in their activities.
