About Alberto
I started training weight lifting seriously in 2018, and have since then coached 12 clients. I meticulously study biomechanics and nutrition to further my understanding of how different body movements and foods affect one's physique. I am very knowledgeable on bodybuilding, weightlifting, and body weight exercises at home. However, I do not have enough experience to coach people in powerlifting.

I take the time to first assess the goals and lifestyles of my students, and then come up with a tailored plan that fits their schedules, lifestyles, and requirements. My lessons will be suitable for beginner-intermediate levels looking to lose weight, gain weight, or add some muscle. I also will provide some guidance on nutrition if my client is open to that.
