About Eyren
I have over 5 years of experience in elite level flexibility. I am an ex-rhythmic gymnast who competed on an international level for several years. I have trained in Ukraine with world level athletes for weeks doing high intensity stretching while also going to camps in France. I was coached by world champion Maria Stolbova and European Champion Elena Bolotina every day of the week for nearly 5 years until my career ended because of the pandemic. I still stretch every day and keep up with my flexibilities every day as well as being an international level fencer.

In my lesson I will teach you the basics of stretching and different exercises which will help make you more flexible. As you progress the stretching will get more intense. The goal is to be able to get onto a stretching level you are happy with!! The lessons are suitable for anyone who wants to become more flexible or aspiring gymnasts, dancers and ice skaters who want to increase their flexibility level. I take clients of any age and ability; it does not matter if you have never done stretching before as we can work our way up.
