About Liyema
I’m a former athlete who did track and field and I specialized in Track. I specialized in the sprint events, which were the 100m and the 200m. When I stopped competing I started coaching younger kids who aspire to be athletes in the future and high school athletes who need mental coaching and sports conditioning.
