About Shannon
I am a trained biologist that has a degree in Environmental Sciences and a masters degree in Environment and Sustainability. I worked as an educator and a biologist for 10 years and am back in school as a Massage Therapist. I have also been a piano teacher for over 10 years and have lots of experience educating students.

I am a fairly flexible teacher, and use interactive methods to be able to explain concepts. I can think quickly on my feet to explain something in more than one way. I am focused on teaching high school and first year university science courses, and piano to younger children (5-15).
