About Nathan
As a former teacher of more than seven years I prided myself on knowing everyone's name and learning more about all of my students by engaging with the school as a member of the community. I would bring that same commitment and drive to online tutoring and try to make our sessions feel like we are in a supportive classroom.

For seven years I created and guided project-based learning with a STEAM focus that helped engage students in a variety of ways around the subject matter being taught. Students were able to self-direct their learning while adhering to particular outcomes which would be evaluated holistically on a rubric scale. This and my ability to connect with students both in-person and online made my courses rewarding and fun! I am able to plan learning objectives and lessons for 6th-12th and in college level courses as well.
