About Joanie
My name is Joanie Cassidy, I have grown up in Ballito, South Africa and teaching has always been a passion of mine! I started in-person tutoring when I was 17 and now at 22 I love working both online and in person and love getting to know my learners to adapt my teaching practices to best suit them, if I am helping you with essay writing, proof-reading or if you need a tutor you will always get the best of me.
There is no doubt that I am one of the most passionate teachers you will encounter and I hope that I not only help you but make you as passionate about what you are learning.

Being bilingual in both English and Afrikaans teaching language is one of my many passions. I focus my teaching strategies on what works best for the individual and therefore each learner will have a unique experience in my lesson.
My lessons are always fun and I always go out of my way to find different ways to teach content that will not only stick with you but make the content more exciting.
