About Danii
I spend some of my time pursuing acting, but my main passion is teaching. Having studied Drama for over fifteen years, I have a lot of knowledge and experience to share with my students. I graduated from LJMU with a BA(Hons) in Drama in 2017 and immediately began teaching at performing arts schools. I work for a variety of companies including Stagecoach Performing Arts and Little Voices, while also teaching privately during the day and in the evenings. I LOVE what I do, and can't wait to continue passing down the knowledge and skills I've gained over the years. My speciality is in LAMDA, however I do offer GCSE/A-Level Drama tuition, as well as acting tuition in general.

I offer LAMDA tuition from ages 4 and up in both Acting, Musical Theatre and Introductory. I have been teaching LAMDA for over four years now, from Entry Level all the way up to Grade 8 and have sat over 150 students for their exams to date. Of these students, 100% have received a Merit with 80% receiving a Distinction. I use a mixture of acting/musical theatre techniques, games and exercises, and believe that the performing arts are SO important for young people - for building confidence, increasing performance skills but also giving them those transferable skills that can be taken forward no matter what path they decide to take.

Danii is a very trustworthy tutor, she has always made me feel at ease during my lessons and made sure I didn't feel overwhelmed. I really struggle with confidence and can be quite shy but Danii is patient with me, not moving on with something until she knew I was feeling good about it. I was feeling really nervous the first few lessons but she went out of her way to make me feel more at ease, I definitely would recommend Danii to anyone wanting to take Acting lessons
My child has taken two LAMDA exams with Danii now, both times achieveing a distinction and she is now working towards her third. Not only have I seen an increase in her confidence since working with Danii but her communication skills have come along too. She loves her lessons and I highly recommend Danii as a LAMDA tutor.
