I am a 34 years old French/Argentinian man born in New Zealand. I have traveled the world, studied sound engineering when I was young and have more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. I am also a passionate guitar player and songwriter.

I try to approach my classes with humour and seriousness at the same time.
For an hour class, I focus on teaching for 10 minutes, having a conversation in the next 5 minutes, repeat thrice except the last 5 minutes where I give assignements and listen to the students requests.
