About Jezy
I am a 1st class Software Engineering graduate with over 15 years of professional experience in technology, software development and problem-solving. I have also won IT and Maths Olympiad competitions, giving me a strong academic and practical foundation in both Maths and Computer Science.
Alongside my industry experience, I have mentored students at university level and supported learners in understanding complex technical concepts in a clear and structured way. My teaching style is patient, professional and focused on building confidence as well as improving results.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I take time to identify their gaps, explain topics step by step, and help them develop the skills needed to solve problems independently. My aim is to create a calm, supportive and productive learning environment where students feel encouraged, challenged and well prepared.

My tutoring approach is practical, patient and tailored to each student. I start by understanding their current level, confidence, goals and the topics they find difficult. I then build lessons around closing those gaps and improving problem-solving skills.
Lessons are structured but flexible. I usually begin with a short recap, explain the topic step by step, work through examples together, then give the student practice questions. For GCSE and A-Level students, I also include exam-style questions, past papers and exam technique.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, with 90-minute sessions available for deeper GCSE or A-Level preparation.
My lessons are suitable for KS3, GCSE and A-Level students studying Maths or Computer Science.
