I have a passion both for teaching Spanish and seeing students successfully communicate in a foreign language. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in 2017 with a degree in Spanish, I went on to procure my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College as a part of the Urban Catholic Teacher Corps. Going into my fifth year of teaching at a Catholic school just south of Boston, I have worked with students in grades seven through twelve. Although my first love is teaching and tutoring concepts most frequently seen in Spanish I, I also foster great enthusiasm for teaching Spanish II through IV at the intermediate and advanced levels. I love seeing students begin with the basic fundamentals of the language and progress until they're able to sustain a conversation in Spanish. I'm an enthusiastic, friendly, and caring tutor who seeks to help you succeed in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I am passionate about utilizing the target language to teach more intricate grammatical concepts or ideas. Outside of academia, I enjoy cooking, reading, and exercising.
