About NRUTYA

Hello! I'm Nrutya, a Computer Science graduate currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) at the University of Leeds.

I am passionate about technology, education and helping others discover the joy of learning. I have experience teaching students from different countries and backgrounds, delivering personalised one-to-one lessons in English, Mathematics, Computer Science, Python, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Having worked with learners of different age groups and skill levels, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement and adapting to individual learning needs. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple explanations and using practical examples to make learning easier and more engaging.

Outside academics, I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, learning new skills and keeping up with developments in Artificial Intelligence. I believe that learning should be an interactive and rewarding experience, and I look forward to helping students build knowledge, confidence and curiosity.

My approach to teaching is centred on making learning simple, practical and enjoyable. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods according to their learning pace, understanding and individual goals.

**Teaching Methodology**

I focus on building strong fundamentals before moving towards advanced concepts. My lessons combine clear explanations, practical examples, interactive exercises and real-world applications. Rather than simply explaining concepts, I encourage students to think independently, ask questions and develop problem-solving skills.

For programming and Computer Science, I use hands-on coding exercises, demonstrations and small practical tasks to help students understand how concepts work in real-world applications. For English and Mathematics, I focus on building conceptual understanding, vocabulary, communication and logical thinking.

**Typical Lesson Duration**

Lessons generally last 60 minutes, but I am happy to adjust the duration depending on the student's requirements and learning objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**

I have a Bachelor's background in Computer Science and am currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) at the University of Leeds.

I have experience teaching students through Preply and private tutoring, delivering over 40 hours of personalised one-to-one online lessons to learners from different countries, including India, South Korea, the United States and Germany.

My teaching experience covers English, Computer Science, Python, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I have also supported younger students with Mathematics, English grammar, reading, pronunciation and communication skills.
