About Shani
School and learning should be an enjoyable and engaging experience. I believe that tutoring provides students a safe space to improve their skills so that they can excel at school. I received 8 distinctions in English, Afrikaans, Maths, Physical Science, Hebrew, AP English, LO and History and am currently studying towards a BSc Mathematics of Finance at Wits University. Given my many years of success, I wish to share my knowledge with current learners and help them achieve their academic goals.

My main aim when tutoring is to ensure that the student understands but also that the student is able to implement that understanding to a variety of cases. I believe that perfect practice makes perfect! I will explain the theory until my student understands and then progress to some worked examples until the student feels comfortable with the material. I will teach in English and can teach ages 10-18. I am very patient and understand that every student has different needs and so I am able to swiftly cater to those needs.
