I am a professional dancer by trade, but after years of experiencing yoga and the benefits it brings to body and mind, I trained and qualified as a teacher and am now passionate about passing on my knowledge to others.

I like to speak with confidence and understand that each client has very different expectations and limits and I love to treat them as individuals, caring and supporting each pose and transition.
