About Larissa
Hi! Happy Arrival!
I'm Larissa: heart that speaks loudly, water that pulsates powerfully here, wind that dances me, fire that drives me, earth that reminds me of the space that inhabits me.
I have a degree in Business Management and International Relations.
In 2017 I called my intuition, put it in my backpack and asked it to be the compass for my feet while walking across continents. In delivering myself for me, I walked to find myself and learn to dress myself. Undress me too. I've gotten lost a few more times since then and I've found myself twice as often. And so, I went and continue to be reborn. Giving me birth. Surrendering myself to all the dark and colorful places that inhabit me; and turning them into living watercolor.
I am initiated into Usui, Tibetan, and Shamanic Traditional Reiki. I conduct Drum Meditation (Drums Flow training) and facilitate Guided Meditation. I walk the path of Yoga and I am initiated in Kriya Yoga, I am a teacher of Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Certified 500h by the Alliance of Yoga UK - HariOM Yoga) and I am a Yoga Dance instructor (Metodo Fernanda Cunha). I am currently studying Vinyasa Yoga with Seane Corn.
I'm a daughter of Nature, guided by the heart and pulsing feeling.
