About Manas
I am a software engineer by profession and a basketball player by hobby and interest. Fitness had been a part of my lifestyle since a young age. I have given training to junior teams at YMCA basketball associations and regular exercise plans to people of all age in contact.

The first day I will understand the goal and requirement of the member/user. We will list down all the requirements and important factors to keep in mind during our fitness course. We will develop a plan to follow and set our targets to achieve.
I have multiple levels of exercises that will benefit users from all fitness levels. I guarantee benefits and changes within 2 weeks of healthy eating and proper working out with me.
I am strict with my own diet plan and I will expect the same from the user. It is recommended that the user keeps notifying me everyday about the foods they consumed in a day so that I can calculate the calorie balance according to their goals.

The fee is nominal for all individuals. Users can choose from 3 day / week schedule and 6 day / week schedule. The diet plan is included for all individuals. 10 hour pack users will get 1 hour extra for FREE.
