About Sarah
Hi! I’m a Year 11 student based in Wellington, and passionate cellist currently working towards my Trinity Cello Diploma, having achieved Grade 8 Cello with Distinction. I’ve also achieved Grade 5 Music Theory with Distinction (ABRSM). I play in orchestras including the New Zealand Secondary Schools’ Orchestra and Wellington Youth Orchestra, and I study Music at school. I’m friendly, patient and love making music fun and enjoyable for kids!

My lessons are fun and personalised to suit each student’s experience, learning style and goals. I’m happy to teach beginners through to Grade 5 and can adapt lessons to what each student enjoys, while building strong fundamental techniques along the way.
