I am a primary school teacher with 26 years of experience and a graduate of English to degree level. I hold a postgraduate diploma in School Leadership. I am intrinsically motivated by others' understanding and progression and adopt a growth mindset philosophy, impressing upon my students that their effort and work and not their intelligence is what leads to great results.
