About Victoria
I have been tutoring on and off for over two decades, working with students who are dyslexic, ASD and/or ADHD. Being on the spectrum myself, I can understand the struggles of school life. I have also have experiences with and taken a number of courses on mental health and anxiety, which are as important to manage during exam season as for any other time. I plan my sessions to not only educate and guide, but also to reassure and uplift.

I aim for year 8-11, specialising in a personalised service for my students, learning what they each feel their weaknesses are and helping to provide techniques and practice to improve themselves alongside general skill practice, closed-book exam preparation and exercises to improve overall performance at GCSE and onwards. I was in teacher training just before Lockdown, but health issues arose and so I cannot teach in a classroom. My teaching sessions would run to around 1-2 hours, with a short home practice task from time to time, depending on the student's needs.
