I have been teaching for over 10 years, and I really enjoy the job! I love seeing my students make progress towards achieving their language goals. I am able to make strong connections quickly with my students regardless of their age or background.

My classes are student centred. I find out what my students want to achieve from their studies and tailor my classes so they can reach those goals. I encourage my students to express themselves in English using the vocabulary and grammar they have learned as I believe this is the best way to make progress. I have tutored students from all over the world, with a wide range of abilities from beginners to advanced students who are studying academic English. I have an MA in English language teaching and applied linguistics and a CELTA. My lessons are usually 1 hour, however I am happy to tailor the length of classes to suit the students needs.
