I tend to stick to the Socratic method to teach. I will typically assess the needs of the tutee and then realize what are the weak points and strong points in order to optimize my time with them. Furthermore, I tend to care as much as possible as I know tutees are the future no matter where they are in life; knowledge is necessary. I have mostly taught adult students at colleges, but I feel comfortable teaching high school individuals.
