I lead per recovery support groups with NAMI, spoke to refugees from all over the world transition to America with mental health tools, and speak at CSN & UNLV to various cultures about mental health resources. I also am certified in suicide prevention.

I teach behavioral therapy techniques and worked with clients for four years and have amazing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help with negative self talk and turning difficult situations and relationships into positive ones!
