About Micheal
My name is Micheal Ojibo. A graduate from the Department of English, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. I have had passion for teaching right from my Secondary School. I love to impact knowledge in other people. I have discovered before hand that the reason many students' performance is not satisfactory is not because they are dull but because their instructors have not adopted the right method in dealing with the students. However, my experience and exposure have shown that there are numerous ways to tackle these shortcomings. Hence, my interest in teaching. To the glory of God, I have taught students across all levels of learning, Undergraduates, JAMB students, secondary school students, as well as primary schools pupils. And I have testimonies.

Teaching generally has different approaches and methodology. Personally, in my first class with my student(s), I interact with them to know the purpose of the class, and ask questions in relation to that. From those questions, I will discover the strengths and weaknesses of the students as well as his academic readiness and willingness. These, however, will help me to know which approach and methodology to use. It also helps to know whether there is a need for hybridity of methodologies.
