About James
I’m an aspiring engineer with a keen passion for transport vehicles. My dream job would involve working on projects like HS2 or Crossrail. I am extremely fortunate to have always had good teachers/lecturers in the academic institutions I attended. By tutoring pupils myself I aim to give them the same great platform I was given for them to propel themselves into higher educatuon.

I have a very practical approach to teaching, I think pupils learn best when applying their knowledge to practise questions. Much of my lessons will evolve around past paper practise instead of monotonous note taking exercises. This is to ensure that pupils develop good exam technique as well as ensure that they have a solid understanding of the topic area. Typically my lessons would last around 30 minutes and be available to students studying for their GCSEs. In terms of my qualifications, I have recently graduated the University of Nottingham with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and I have A Level qualifications in Maths, Physics and Economics.
