About Kate
I have been tutoring for over 5 years and also teach languages at a school. I have tutored 9 Spanish students (GCSE-A-LEVEL) to success in their exams and a further 5 students of mixed age ranges and levels. I myself have a BA in French and Spanish and lived in each respective country for at least 6 months each giving me a good grasp of oral skills. Often students struggle most with speaking and listening elements of language which is why I wanted to create a class dedicated to solely improving these skills.

This class will be very interactive and maximise speaking time, giving students the practice that they don't get at school or home. Videos, songs, Skype chats with natives and topic vocabulary will all appear in the classes and the class itself will be conducted completely in the target language to maximise exposure.

Kate was an excellent tutor for my younger brother. He really struggled with Spanish in school because he found lessons boring and was really motivated to learn. She managed in the space of a year to progress my brother from a predicted grade of 5 at GCSE to an 8.
