About Alyce
Hi there! I've taught in enough classrooms and tutored for enough private companies to know that a lot of the time, the way we're taught isn't functional. There's more to learning than memorization and repetition. Working 1:1 with you, I promise to help bridge that gap between challenging material and understanding. My lesson plans are suitable for middle school and high school levels, including AP, Honors and other college preparatory classes.
I have experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, and will adjust our work together accordingly. Lesson plans are reflective of state-wide standards, learning expectations, and utilize various online and on-paper platforms to make learning engaging and interactive.
