About Christian
I am a dedicated special education teacher with professional experience supporting transition kindergarten through Grade 8 students with high support needs. I specialize in working with learners who require structured instruction, individualized support, and alternative ways to access learning, including students who are non-verbal or developing communication skills. My teaching is grounded in patience, clarity, and high expectations, ensuring that every student is given meaningful opportunities to grow academically and socially. I approach tutoring with professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to understanding how each student learns best. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment where students feel confident, respected, and capable of success.

My Approach as a Tutor
As a tutor, my goal is to help students feel confident, supported, and capable of learning. My background as a special education teacher has taught me that every learner is different, and instruction should be flexible to meet their needs. I focus on making lessons clear, structured, and meaningful so students can succeed at their own pace.
What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor
What sets me apart is my ability to personalize instruction. I am patient, observant, and responsive to how students learn. My experience in special education allows me to support learners who may need extra time, repetition, or alternative ways to understand concepts—without lowering expectations.
