About Ava
I have worked as a tutor in many different settings including a face-to-face hands-on approach while working as a teaching assistant at Washington University in St. Louis as well as in an online classroom setting after graduating. In both cases I make sure that my students grasp the material and that they feel comfortable letting me know when they don't. I love helping students reach their goals whether it be to boost their grade in class by a certain percentage or getting a specific score on an AP, ACT, or SAT.
