I am a Teachers College graduate and currently practicing teacher with a strong passion for helping students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 succeed. I bring a professional, patient, and encouraging approach to every tutoring session, creating a supportive environment where students feel confident to learn and ask questions.
With a strong understanding of curriculum expectations and child development, I tailor each lesson to meet individual learning needs. My goal is not only to strengthen academic skills in reading, writing, and math, but also to build confidence, motivation, and positive learning habits that support long-term success.

Typical Lesson:
Each one-hour session includes a brief check-in, focused instruction tailored to the student’s needs (reading, writing, math, or homework support), guided practice, and a short review with goals for continued progress.
