About Mark
I have completed a Master's degree in theology and a doctoral program in mental health counseling. Both of these programs required rigorous use of academic English and essay writing over the total course of 7 years. My background as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor has given me the necessary skills of listening, understanding, positive encouragement, and helping others use their strengths to meet challenges and tasks in their lives.

Effective academic English and essay writing can be done when following simple basics. That is what I help a student do working on their past and current school work. We also review examples of work at their academic level to learn from. I help students fill in any gaps in their understanding of what the work needs which helps fosters their success. Maintaining positive support for the student's efforts is always part of the help I offer.
