About SJ
I graduated with my degree in Workforce Education and Development: Family and Consumer Science. With this degree, I have taken many cooking classes and learned many techniques. I am also an educator, so I have experience teaching others how to cook and bake. I also run my at-home bakery, which has provided me experience with the good and bad of baking.

I will teach you first by going over basic techniques. Then I will show you step by step how to make the recipe, pausing at each step so you can follow along and I can correct your method if needed. As a tutor, I try to make sure that you, as the student, are able to ask questions at any point in time during the process. I will customize our lessons based on how you best learn. That way you get the results you paid for. I aim to teach anyone from those in middle school to those in adulthood.
