About Benoit

I had given private music lessons for 6 years. I have followed the conservatory for 7 years. I have studied music for 5 years in the Department of Musicology at the University of Paris 8 I played in various bands in various styles and has good experience in performing and recording in a professional studio.

About the lesson

To teach is to first know the desires, goals, abilities, qualities and defects of each student. Based on this, I build my classes so that students have fun to play from the beginning. I emphasize more on the inside felt music, as knowledge of music theory. The driver of my current thread is "Ask not for what to play, but for what you want to hear." As requested, we will go through: technique, harmony, analysis, rhythm, improvisation ... in different styles: jazz, funk, soul, rock, reggae, blues, pop ...

Perfect!
