About Trudy
My methods are transformative! I’ve coached a famous actress to get into RADA and thousands of students to pass their GCSES with grades they aspired to achieve but needed help to believe they could! I will stretch and challenge you and you will master skills, deepen knowledge and form neural connections to cement what you grow to know and the techniques you learn, deep into your wonderful brain! I will help you deal with anxiety through visualisation techniques and face any challenge ahead with calm certain belief in your abilities and skills! Twenty years of teaching and a career as a Headteacher has proved to me that believing you can, means you can!
