About Maddi
I am a bubbly and enthusiastic person, as I graduated recently I find it easier to relate to students as I understand that learning cannot always be viewed as an exciting time. However, I aim to approach the student with learning that is tailored to their needs, whether they be a visual or hands-on learner it is my job to adhere to their educational requirements and adhere to their specific learning abilities.

I believe students learn best in an environment that feels safe and comfortable. I believe that mistakes are what helps us learn and encourage trying even if you don't get it wrong the first time - this is how we learn. A lesson with me would typically last an hour to an hour and a half but this of course depends on the context. I have a Diploma of Education and hold understandings regarding learning pedagogy, evidence based teaching and the importance of hands/minds-on learning. The average age group of my lesson would rely on the subject as I believe I am stronger suited in different age groups depending on the subject.
